For three generations our family has been dreaming about bringing the tradition and the taste of the classic Italian ice cream anywhere in the world.
We have grown up with the awareness that an ice cream doesn't only represent a masterpiece into the Italian cultural panorama, but most of all that the respect of its recipes, its tastes and its flavours are all deeply in touch with the roots of our Country.
Since the beginning, this is the challenge our firm has been facing: to produce an industrial ice cream just as good as the homemade one sold in our grandfather's shops; to reach this goal, we believe a selection of the raw materials and a particular care in their workmanship and mixing are crucial just like paying attention to every single detail. Above all that, we also dream about creating a stimulating and people-friendly working environment for our partners.
